The Walt Disney Company is widely recognized as one of the top service companies in the world with their theme parks and cruise ships. Although service is at the forefront of everything they do, Disney never misses an opportunity to sell their Guests a product to enhance their vacation. While credit unions put an emphasis on service, they often neglect building their sales culture, which hinders the overall Member Experience.
